HAMMES turning 100 years old

Norbert HAMMES of Fairfield will be turning 100 years old, and an open house celebration is planned for Sunday afternoon.

Mr. HAMMES was born March 19, 1913, in Plank Township, Harper.

The open house to celebrate Mr. HAMMES's birthday is planned from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary Catholic Church's social hall.

The presence of family and friends would be the greatest gift, however, cards can be sent to Mr. HAMMES at 3002 Adams Lane, Apt. B, Fairfield 52556.
