NICHOLS observe 45th wedding anniversary

Cliff and Judy NICHOLS of Fairfield observed their 45th wedding anniversary Sept. 1 and will celebrate with a vacation at a later date.

Cliff NICHOLS and Judy MERRILL were married Sept. 1, 1967, at the Methodist church in Richland, with the Rev. Larry Willey officiating.

The couple has one daughter, Heather PALMER, and two grandsons, all of Fairfield.

Mr. NICHOLS retired from John Deere Ottumwa Works in 2003 after a 30-year career.

Mrs. NICHOLS retired from Ottumwa Regional Hospital in 2007 after a 38-year career.
