Re: Effie RIDINGER NIECE

Per Mrs. Foster -- "Effie RIDINGER NIECE had five children: Isaac, Catharine, Nancy, George and Edward NIECE, all born in Jefferson County; she later married HALTOM and BALCH at Gladstone, Illinois."
