Lyzell ALLENDER Divorce Petition Is Filed Today

A petition for divorce was filed in the district clerk's office today by Attorney R. C. Leggett, representing Lyzell ALLENDER versus Lucille Fern ALLENDER. Divorce is being asked on grounds of cruel and inhumane treatment.

The petition states that the couple was married in Fairfield on January 24, 1930, and lived together until December 5, 1938.

The plaintiff asks the care, control and custody of two minor chidrern (sic - children), aged seven and three years, as well as divorce.
