HAMMESes to celebrate 40th wedding anniversary

John and Rosemary HAMMES of Richland will celebrate their 40 anniversary (sic) at 7:30 p.m. Saturday with a reception and dance at the Walton Club.

Mr. and Mrs. HAMMES were married Nov. 13, 1971, by Father Karl Holtkamp and Father Paul Wetzstein at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fairfield.

Hosting the anniversary celebration are the couple's children: Jennifer REED and husband Jeremy of Farmington, Minn., AJ HAMMES and wife Mandy of Packwood, and Renee GRIMM and husband Phil of Norwalk; along with their five grandchildren.

The couple invites all friends and family and requests no gifts.
