CRILE FAMILY REUNION

WASHINGTON, Iowa -- Descendents (sic) of John Phillip and Gottlieben CRILE met July 31 at the United Presbyterian Home Campus Center in Washington.

A potluck meal was served, followed by a time of sharing and a business meeting led by Loretta DIERS.

Each person attending was given an opportunity to share a special experience. Alisha HIRD shared her original photo display and challenged family members to find a photo of Beata to complete it. Of special interest was Linda BOSTON and Connie BAUER's report on their inspirational tour of Israel and Turkey.

A total of 21 descendents (sic) attended, including: Mary DAVIS and Larry MEEKS of Davenport, Wilma WHITHAM, Ken and Connie BAUER, Marvin and Phyllis CRILE, Tonnie CRILE, Nick, Rhonda and Travis SCHELMAN, and Linda BOSTON, all of Washington; Richard and Sandy PAUL of Mount Pleasant; Wayne and Loretta DIERS of Fairfield; and Alisha HIRD and Roy, Elaine, Robert and Kathleen ANDERSON, all of Brighton.

The 95th CRILE family reunion will be held July 29, 2012, at the Brighton Community Center in Brighton, which has a playground across the street. The potluck will be served at 12:30 p.m., with a business meeting to follow. Program ideas would be welcome and may be given to Loretta or Kathleen.
