A paper purporting to be the last will and testament of John BALDOSER, deceased, of Lockridge township, is on file in the County Clerk's office. To Elizabeth BALDOSER, wife of the deceased, is left the home farm of 260 acres, together with all other property belonging to the estate. On the death of the widow, one son, David, is to receive $50, while the remainder of the estate is to be divided in equal proportions among the other children, Henry and John BALDOSER, Mary ACHENBACH, Lydia A. LOVISE (sic - LIVIX), Sarah M. DUTTWEILER, Elizabeth HINKLE, Sophia WALLEIZOR (sic - WALLISER), or their heirs. The instrument is dated June 25, 1882, and Jacob BALDOSER, a brother, is named as executor.

Note: Correct spelling of the surname should be BALDOSIER, although it has appeared in local records without the 'I'.
