BISHOPs to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Larry and Sharon BISHOP of Knoxville, Tenn., are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple were married Sept. 4, 1960, at the Free Methodist Church in Fairfield.

Mr. BISHOP is a retired employee of Plexco, a division of Chevron Chemical. Mrs. BISHOP owned Sharon's Sugar Shack, a cake boutique in Knoxville, and has handled homemaking duties.

The BISHOPs have three children: Kimberly CHARRON of Atlanta, Ga.; Kelly HEISKELL of Knoxville, Tenn.; and Kevin BISHOP of Atlanta, Ga. They have eight grandchildren.
