WISECARVERs to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Harold and Carol Mae WISECARVER will celebrate their golden anniversary from 1-3 p.m. July 4 at the WISECARVER residence: 1548 270th St., Libertyville. All friends and family are invited.

The WISECARVERs were married on June 26, 1960, at the Fairfield Presbyterian Church. Their attendants were Richard Garbett and Connie Pederson.

Mr. WISECARVER worked at Parsons College from 1959-1973 and John Deere Ottumwa Works from 1962-2000. Mrs. WISECARVER worked at Parsons College from 1959-1973 and Libertyville Savings Bank from 1973-2008. Mrs. WISECARVER still manages the Libertyville Travelers Club for the bank.

The WISECARVERs have three children: Kelly WISECARVER of Chicago, R. Scott of LaGrange, Ky., and Jennifer CHRISTENSEN of Libertyville. They also have six grandchildren.
