William "Bill" LUZADDER will turn 80 years old on April 29.
Prior to moving to Hannibal, Mo. in 2006, Mr. LUZADDER lived in Fairfield and Lockridge. He owned and operated Luzadder Construction Co. For many years, he served on Lockridge City Council and then as Lockridge mayor.
