PHILIPSes celebrate 25 years

Dennis and Sondra PHILIPS of Ollie celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with family and friends April 18 at the Ox Yoke Inn in the Amanas; the couple also spent their homeymoon in the Amanas.

Sondra WASSON and Dennis PHILIPS were married April 14, 1984, at the First Presbyterian Church in Fairfield. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Carl Riggs. The couple has three children: Cohen, Keaton and Allie, all students at Pekin.

Mr. PHILIPS is an electrical repair technician at Premier One Supplies in Washington, Iowa. Mrs. PHILIPS is the in-patient nurse manager at Monroe County Hospital in Albia.

The family recently relocated to Ollie after moving from Kimball, Neb., where they had lived since 2001.
