Deloris BURNS SAUER will celebrate her 80th birthday Friday with a card shower and family dinner planned for a later date.
SAUER was born Feb. 6, 1929, in Winfield to Elmer and Francis BURNS. She married Arlo SAUER Feb. 3, 1946, and they live in the Hedrick area.
SAUER has three children: John and Liz SAUER of Cedar Rapids, Doug and Wanda BAGBY of Fairfield and Andy SAUER of Hedrick. She has three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
