WHITNEY to note 80th

Lewis WHITNEY will celebrate his 80th birthday from 2-4 p.m. June 7 with a reception at the First United Methodist Church.

WHITNEY was born in Fairfield June 7, 1928 and lived in Fairfield all his life. He is married to Mary Jane HESTON WHITNEY of Fairfield. Their children are: Mark WHITNEY of Tulsa, Okla.; Jaye LEAZER of Fort Collins, Colo.; Anne WHITNEY of Fairfield and Kent WHITNEY of Fairfield.

No presents are necessary, but cards would be appreciated and can be sent to PO Box 187, Fairfield 52556.

WHITNEY is retired from 50 years at the Whitney Monument Works and was the fourth generation owner.
