SHEETZ to note 90th

Horace G. SHEETZ of Fairfield will celebrate his 90th birthday with a card shower.

SHEETZ was born May 1, 1918 in Ollie. He farmed east of Fairfield and retired in July, 1992 after 28 years with Rockwell/Meritor in Fairfield.

SHEETZ wed Bernadine BUCH Nov. 28 1946 and they were married nearly 58 years before her death in June 2004.

They are the parents of six children: Aaron SHEETZ of Stockport, Iowa; Nyle SHEETZ, Sue Ann HOCK, Judy DIEHL and Cheryl SHEETZ, all of Fairfield, and Mary Lou McENTEE of Waukee.
