Roger N. FRAKES and Sandy K. BAKER were married April 20, 1958, at the Open Bible Church in Des Moines.
The FRAKESes have lived in the Richland area for more than 30 years. Mr. FRAKES is semi-retired. He is active in the Patriot Guard Riders and Buckskinners. Mrs. FRAKES is involved with church activities and visiting her daughter Darla in Mount Union. The couple keeps busy with Richland Methodist Church, visiting area nursing homes, singing and playing instruments. They belong to Joyful Noise.
