PROBATE OF WILL.
Notice is hereby given, to all persons interested, that a paper purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth A. HUGHES, deceased, late of Jefferson County, Iowa, was filed and read in open court on the 31st day of July A.D. 1868, and was set for hearing and proof on the first Monday of September, A.D. 1868 at 10 o’clock A.M., at the office of the County Judge of said County, at which time and place all persons interested will be heard.
