POLICE RECOVER OLD GRAVE STONE. A time-worn grave marker, dating back more than a hundred years, has been discovered in a trailer occupied by college students. Police who found the marker while making an investigation of another matter, said no charges have been filed as yet. When they noticed the old marker in the trailer, they acquired a search warrant, went back to the trailer and picked up the stone. It is now at the police department office. It is not known where the marker came from. It states, "In Memory of James, son of Benjamin and Luvina GOODIN. Died Oct. 1, 1852, at the age of 21 years."

Officers said all efforts will be made to see where the marker belongs, when it was taken and who was responsible for its theft. The investigation is continuing. The trailer in which the grave marker was found is located on W. Fillmore.
