REVOLUTIONARY ANCESTORS -- See Page 155 of "Lineages of the Members, Idaho Society Sons of the American Revolution, 1909-1961", Compiled, Edited, Published and Copyrighted by John Robert Gobble.

John PARK, Sr., Assistant to Quartermaster General 16 Aug. 1775; Ensign, Penna. 2nd Bn. from May, 1776, to 3 Sept., 1776; 2nd Lt., etc.. ...Wife was Mary GORDON.

John PARK Jr. (m. Margaret McLEAN) also served in the Revolution. McLEAN and GORDON, fathers of wifes of John PARK Jr. and Sr., respectively, were in Washington's Army.
