STEAM GRIST MILL IN FAIRFIELD. We understand that Mr. McGINLEY has bought ten acres of land southeast of town and has already commenced putting up a large steam flouring and grist mill. He is going to have it in good running order the ensuing fall. This is good news to the farmers of Jefferson County, who have long suffered from the want of a good mill. Success attend you, friend; you are conferring a public benefit, and should be publicly encouraged.
