A petition has been filed by Josephine W. BROWN in the office of the Clerk of the District Court in this county, to set aside the will of the late R. H. HUFFORD and to recover property which she alleges belongs to her as one of the children of the said R. H. HUFFORD. The petitioner sets out by her attorney, M. A. McCOID, that she is the daughter of Mr. HUFFORD by his first wife, and that she was born in Coshocton County, Ohio....
