114 W. Broadway, Harry E. SMITH. Built in 1852 by John T. HUEY. He left the property to Mrs. HUEY and a daughter. The widow, a sister of the prominent SHAFFERs, married S. W. COFFIN and the daughter married W. D. RUMER, who died only a year or so ago, having lived at Alliance, Nebr., since leaving here.....
