S. W. COFFIN's fine 20 acre fruit farm and carp pond, adjoining the city on the southeast, was sold last week to J. J. GIBSON, the consideration being $70 an acre. Mr. COFFIN has improved the farm very highly, and it is now by all odds the best fruit farm near the city. The price realized for it is a good indication of the way real estate is going here now. It was sold at an advance of 200 per cent over the purchase price of a few years ago.
