McCULLOCH, Nancy Jane PARKER, A. MANEELY, Eliza Jane MADDEN, Charlotte SCOTT and Mary OYLER... Said John TEMPLETON departed this life on or about the 3d day of May, 1859, leaving the above named defendants, his heirs at law, except the said Elizabeth who is the widow of the said dec'd., and said Jefse SHAMP who is the guarding of the said Emma SHAMP who is a minor.
