Affidavits were filed Mar. 30 in the matter of name appearing in wedding certificate of Sept 30 1861 as Charles HOUT, which should have been Charles EASTON, and legal business makes the change necessary at this time. Mr. EASTON had lived with an uncle and was known by the uncle’s name, HOUT.
