MILLER GROCERY HAS NEW OWNER. Jean FIEDLER... Roscoe MILLER grocery store at 53 S. 9th, and the MILLER D-X service station at Cor. 9th and Burlington.... The business was started 32 years ago by Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe MILLER, 1103 W. Briggs. They built the building in which the store is located.
