PHINEAS HESTON, filed July 22, 1859.

First, I give & bequeath to the children of my daughter Mercy CLEVENGER, the children of my son David HESTON, and the children of my daughter Rebecca KENWORTHY, the sum of $5 each, their parents, the aforesaid son and daughters being deceased, and I having in times past given to my sons Mahlon HESTON, Joseph HESTON, and Phineas HESTON, the sum of $100 each, I now desire that my daughters Mary MOODY, Phebe MELTON, Margery SMITH, Betsey ELLIS, Rachel ROBERTS, Agness PICKERING and Ari ROBERTS a sum equal... I appoint my son Phineas HESTON and son-in-law Joseph ROBERTS executors. Signed 17th day seventh month 1858.
