Mr. and Mrs. R. Gene FORDYCE of Libertyville announce the adoption of a baby daughter, Amy Jo, born Dec. 30. She arrived at their home on Wed. The FORDYCEs also have two sons, Steven, 8, and David, 3. Grandmothers are Mrs. Willard BOWERMASTER and Mrs. Kenneth FORDYCE of Libertyville.
