See Civil War records for Robert ANDERSON, enl. Nov. 2, 1861, Co. M, 4th Iowa Cav. Reg.; residence Libertyville. He died of disease June 9, 1863, on steamer "Gladiator", Keokuk, Iowa; buried Jefferson Barracks Nat. Cem., St. Louis, Mo.; Sec. 2, Grave 154.

He was born in Northern Ireland; married 4 Feb. 1843, at Carrollton, Carroll Co., Ohio, Lieuticia PARKER, she born Ireland 1821. Nine children....
