Portrait & Biographical Album (Pub. 1890) Page 274, shows JOHN S. NOBLE was a son of JOHN NOBLE (1796-1871) and his wife ELIZABETH CRANE (1797-1871). JOHN S. NOBLE was 66 years of age in 1890; resides in Arkansas; married for his first wife ELIZA J. BECK, and after her death wedded MARY NORDICK. CHRISTIAN E. NOBLE was a brother of JOHN S. NOBLE.
