"Charles Coop, 203 E. Broadway, is observing his 93d birthday anniversary today. Spent entire life in Iowa, mostly in the Antioch community and was minister at the Antioch church for a number of years. His parents were David and Leah Hickenbottom Coop, pioneer residents of Jefferson County. He is the last of a family of 7. He has three daughters, Mrs. Bert (Leah) Sinn and Mrs. Bert (Sadie) Avery, both of Fairfield, and Mrs. Fred (Pearl) Menne of Swanton, O. He also has 12 grandchildren, 15 greatgrandchildren and 3 greatgreatgrandchildren."
