Secretary of the State Executive Council. Born at Lockridge, Jefferson county, Iowa, October 18, 1882. Education -- high school and business course. Enlisted in World War as private, December 2, 1917, and discharged June 19, 1919, as lieutenant. Overseas 15 months. Married. Republican in politics.
