HE WAS A LOCKRIDGE PIONEER. Frederick Craff, the last survivor of a band of 20 pioneers who came to Lockridge township between 1837 and 1843, died at his home in Lockridge Friday. Native of Germany, born 1811 and came to America in 1840.....Nine children, five sons and four daughters. Four of the sons live in Jefferson County, Michael, George, Chris and Louis.....Remains interred at Lockridge Monday.
