McCRERRY, George, farmer, Sec. 32; P.O. Ioka; born Feb 9 1823 Highland Co., Ohio; his parents moved to Rush Co., Ind., in 1824; here he grew to manhood.....Enl. in Aug 1862 Co. D, 19th Iowa Inf.....married twice, first Apr 10 1845 to Isabella, daughter of Evan FLEENER of Indiana; she died Sept 17 1873 leaving a family of nine children: Mary J.; John M.; Jessie, Andrew, and William living, and James Alfred, deceased; married 2nd, on June 4 1874, Mrs. Margery CARSON, daughter of William ROSS of Jefferson County, Iowa; they have two children, Ida May living, and Albert, deceased.
