Elaine V. Fuller, 77, of 2419 Parker Ave., died Thursday, February 10, 2000, at her home under the care of Iowa River Hospice.
Services were held Sunday at the Center Street Baptist Church in Marshalltown with the Revs. Lowell Hoyle and Bobby Shomo officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
She was born on April 6, 1922 in Mingo, the daughter of Jess L. and Opal (Ferguson) Stier. She was raised and educated in the area of her birth, graduating from Mingo High School in 1940.
She married Robert L. Fuller on March 15, 1941 in Marshalltown. They lived in Melbourne from 1943 until 1985 when they moved to Marshalltown.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Fuller of Marshalltown; four daughters, Patti (Mrs. Daryl) Breniman of Marshalltown, Donna (Mrs. Bill) Greenly of Ottumwa, Sandy (Mrs. Ed) Spence of Marshalltown, and Sue (Mrs. Mick) Sharer of Marshalltown; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lloyd Stier.
