Francis Hay died on the night of the 22nd at 10 o'clock of rupture and inflammation. Funeral services on the 23d at 2 o'clock p.m., conducted by Rev. Troup. The deceased is an old settler of Jasper county, had been blind for some time and was laid to rest in the cemetery north of Mingo. Mingo Reporter
