Patricia Ann White, formerly of Newton, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023, at her home in Riverside. Calif. Born Oct. 15, 1940, in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Parents were James and Alberta Endsley. Pat graduated from Newton Senior High (mid-term), Class of 1958.

Pat is survived by her husband, Darwin of 65 years; son, Darwin (Squeak) and Teri of Norco, Calif.; daughter, Denise (Louie) Lopez of Riverside, Calif.; grandchildren, Alyssa and Danielle White, Amanda; David Lopez; four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Betty Whitson, Kay (Ivan) Moredock, Janice Meador of Newton, Johnna (Dan) Force of Hamilton, Ia.; in-laws, Patty Cameron, Marengo, Ia., Sherry (Darrell) Oliver, Urbandale, Ia., Carolyn (Dennis) Deicrick, Newton, Douglas (Joyce) White, Altoona, Ia., Dennis White, Sioux Falls, S.D.; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jennifer Nesler; mother-in-law, Lois White; David, Ronald, Jerry White.

A stay-at-home mom, great supporter to Darwin’s business — restoring old cars and trucks. She enjoyed bowling, reading, gardening, animals, attending Iowa Good Guys Car Shows, eating at Dan’s Maid-Rite.

Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Her heart knew no boundaries. A sweet, fun-loving wife, mother and sister.

Pat’s wishes were to be cremated with burial in Colfax, Ia., at a later date with a private family service.
