Eubank, Mary L. Hill – 1871-1924

The funeral services of Mrs. Eubank were held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at the Kellogg Christian church and burial was in the Kellogg cemetery Rev. C. E. Lookingbill had charge of the services.
Mary L. Hill was the daughter of Joshua and Elizabeth Hill and was born on a farm near Kellogg on Sept. 14, 1871 and passed away at her home near Nevada on April 21, 1924, being 52 years, 7 months and 7 days of age. She was taken suddenly ill on Sunday April 13 but was not considered seriously ill until the day of her death.
She was united in marriage to E. M. Eubank on Sept. 5, 1892. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband and eight children, Mrs. Ethel Campbell of Colfax, Mrs. Sylvia Hart of Greenville, Mich., Lafe of Collins, Noland, Gladys, Crystal, Vern and Kenneth, all at home. He was a kind and loving wife and mother, always having the interest of her family first. Everything that medical aid and loving care could do was done but to no avail.
When a young girl she united with the M. E. church at Pleasant View but in late years transferred her membership to Ashton Chapel which was near her home. She also leaves a brother Will in Emmett, Idaho, Ed and Leslie of Kellogg, Bert of Des Moines and two sisters, Mrs. Dora Balmer and Mrs. Anna Smith, both near Kellogg.
