Orval Woodward Osborn, 59, Nevada, died at the Story County Hospital on Wednesday evening.
A former resident of Maxwell, funeral services will be at Cooper’s Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Interment will be in the Greencastle Cemetery south of Mingo.
His wife Cleo survives along with a daughter Karen, Mrs. Eddie Erickson, of Maxwell; one step-son, Ronald Miller of Centerville and a brother Erland A. Osborn of Mt. Prospect, Ill.
His parents and a brother Elwin preceded him in death.
