John Wherry Rites Are Set
Services for John Wherry, 38, of 2427 Maryland Pike, who died of a heart ailment Monday at his home, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Westminster United Church, where he was a member.
A native of Seattle, Wash., Mr. Wherry had lived here 15 years and was associate director for health education of the Iowa Tuberculosis and Health Association. He was a member of the Film Council.
Surviving are his widow, Ruth; four children, Margaret, Martha, Mary Elizabeth and John Taggart, and a brother Richard of Orion, Ill.
