John M. Frank, 79, of 1152 Chatfield rd., Winnetka, former chairman of the Ilg Electrical Ventilating company, 2850 N. Pulaski rd., died yesterday in his home. Mr. Frank retired in 1964 and had been with the company since 1908. He was a past president of the Jewish Charities of Chicago and had been a trustee of Illinois Institute of Technology and Carleton college.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mary Rothschild, Mrs. Patsy Baldauf, and Mrs. Sue Davis, and seven grandchildren.
