Mrs. Ruth Curry, wife of the late George Curry of Mound Prairie, passed away Sunday morning at the advanced age of 87 years. Mr. and Mrs. Curry were pioneers of this part of Jasper County, and have added much of interest to the history of the community. Mother Curry has raised thirteen children most of them lived near the old home.
