Mildred Steiniche, Ex-Mingo Resident, Dies; Services Set
Mrs. Niel (Mildred C.) Steiniche, 65, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who resided in Mingo for 27 years, died Tuesday, July 15 at Glen Ellyn.
Graveside rites were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Greencastle Cemetery.
The Rev. Robert Jones, pastor of the Colfax Christian Church, conducted the services.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Gary (Sandra) Gegner of Des Moines and Mrs. Dick (Donna) Hindman of Glen Ellyn, Illinois; three grandchildren; and a brother, William Donlan of South Dakota.
She was preceded in death by her husband in December, 1974.
Mrs. Steiniche was born July 31, 1910. She was a member of the Mingo United Methodist Church.
She was married May 13, 1938 in Manilla.
Bearers – Norris R. Beals, Kenneth Doty, Jack Wolmedorff, Lester Schaffer, Gerald Zachary, Clifford Gerhart.
