Marcella was the daughter of William and Clara (Wilcox) Wade and was born on September 06, 1931 in Colfax. She attended school in Colfax and was a lifelong resident. Marcella married Harold Warner and together they had 3 children: Patty, Susan, and Kelly Warner.

Throughout her life she had several jobs. She was a part of the Wade family business of growing and selling watermelons and strawberries. She also worked cleaning the sale barn, working in the restaurant there, and at other local restaurants. Marcella was a caretaker by nature and cared for her parents, family members, and friends of family members. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Colfax for well over 50 years where she participated in AWANA, Ladies Ministry, Quilting Group, Prayer meeting, Bible School, Camp and Missions Trips. She loved to serve and you could often see several kids getting out of her car on Wednesday nights. She enjoyed attending Cowboy Church, going to the Senior Citizens Center, camping at Rathbun and in Minnesota, and traveling all over the country either with family, to visit family, or on bus trips. Marcella was generous and loved her family deeply and well.

Marcella is survived by her daughter Patty Findley, son-in-law Earl DuRocher, and sisters, Mary Ann Ray and Barbara Ross.
