Robert F. Dille, Sr.
June 9, 1939 - February 24, 2022

Robert F. Dille, age 82 of Colfax, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Mercy One - Newton. No services are planned for Robert. His wishes were to be donated to Des Moines University. Condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com

The son of Wilbur "Orlan" and Isabell Dille(Perry) Dille. Robert was born on June 09, 1939 in Albia, Iowa. Bob was a drywall finisher and supervisor in both Iowa and later in Las Vegas. Since his retirement he has spent his free time gardening in both Iowa and Florida. He was more than generous with his canned goods and other creations. When he wasn't gardening he enjoyed watching the Cubs, the Rams, and spending time with his wife and family. Bob was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife Ruby and children, Linda (Marty) Parks, Kim (Rick) Earles, Robert (Joni) Dille, Ronald Dille, Jeff (Bobbi Jo) Dille. Grandkids: Marty Parks, Chrystal (Jeremy) Rhone, Dereck Earles, Dana (Ryen) Allen, Brandon (Erin) Dille, Ashley Dille, Tim Dille, Amanda (Dustin) Johns, Courtney (Austin) Cocciolone, Joe (Julie) VanDerVoort, Nathan Dille and Abby Dille and 14 great grandkids. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Eleanor and Carolyn and five brothers Bill, Tom, Sam, Alfred. One granddaughter Martina and two great granddaughters Afton and Brianna.
