Funeral services for Cecilia will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at the Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home in Newton, have been entrusted with the arrangements. A time of visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home, 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, March 2.
