Monday Services For Eva Crist
Eva S. Crist, 75, of Vandalia, died Thursday night at the Medi-Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Christian Church in Prairie City. Walters Funeral Home of Prairie City, is in charge of arrangements.
The family requests memorials to the Christian Church, Prairie City.

Eva S. Crist Dies Thursday; Services Today
Vandalia – Funeral services for Mrs. Howard (Eva S.) Crist, 75, a resident of Vandalia since 1963, were held today at the Prairie City Christian Church.
The Rev. Phil Cole, pastor of the church, conducted the services. Burial was in Vandalia Cemetery.
Walters Funeral Home in Prairie City handled arrangements.
Survivors are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Louis G. (Ida Florence) Williams of West Des Moines and Mrs. John E. (Eleanor Elizabeth) Willson of New London; six grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, two brothers, Fred S. Savely and William G. Savely, both of Burlington and two sisters, Mrs. Millard Key of York, Neb., and Mrs. Lawrence Erlandson of Newton.
Mrs. Crist was a member of the Prairie City Christian Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
The daughter of Fred G. and Fannie B. Stout Savely, she was born May 28, 2898 in Chariton.
She was married July 12, 1919 at Woodburn.
Mrs. Crist also had resided in Burlington.
She died Thursday at the Medicenter of America in Des Moines.
