Everett G. Breese, 78, of Altoona Manor, 200-7th Ave. SW, Altoona, died January 27 at home of complications of pneumonia. Services were held January 30 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home. Burial was in Vandalia Cemetery.
Mr. Breese was born in Knoxville and lived in the Des Moines and Runnells areas most of his life. He retired as a welder for Electrical Engineering and Equipment and was a member of Apostolic Faith Assembly of God and the Masonic Lodge in Runnells.
Surviving are a son, Dave of Altoona; a daughter, Marion Dawson of Altoona; a brother, Harry of Des Moines; 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Vandalia Cemetery Association.
