March 10, 1982 - August 4, 2021

Carson Leigh Stiffler, age 39 of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at CHI Health Missouri Valley Hospital in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Howard Street Christian Church in Colfax, Iowa. Burial will take place at Colfax Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the burial at a luncheon. Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Association. The son of Charles and Chardell (Ingraham) Stiffler. Carson was born March 10, 1982 in Okinawa, Japan. He attended school in the Netherlands, Cheyenne, Wyoming and Papillion, Nebraska. Carson graduated from Papillion LaVista High School in 2001. Upon graduation he attended culinary school and graduated with a degree in culinary management. Carson worked in the culinary industry for many years. Later he moved on to many other jobs and finally found his niche of working grounds maintenance since he loved to be outside. He was known for his beautiful smile, quick wit, and charm. He loved spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephews. Carson loved all kinds of sports. In his younger years he played soccer and ran track. His favorite sport to watch was always football. Being from Nebraska he was a Husker fan, with Iowa roots a Hawkeye fan but his greatest love was the Kansas City Chiefs.

Those left to honor his memory include his parents, brother, Christopher (Kristen); niece Evelyn; nephews Everett, Emerson, and Emmett; Grandmother Joan Stiffler and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding Carson in death were his grandparents, Marlowe and Donna Lee Stiffler; Marvin and Marjorie Ingraham; Uncle Craig Stiffler and Uncle Jerry Ingraham.
