Mary Rothschild, 73, of Glencoe, who helped raise funds for non-profit groups on the North Shore and in Chicago, died Tuesday in her home. Mrs. Rothschild was the former chairman of the North Mental Health Association fund raising committee; first publicity chairman for the Michael Reese Hospital Crystal Ball; a volunteer worker at Highland Park Hospital; and a Red Cross volunteer during World War II. She is survived by her husband, Melville; two daughters, Ann and Mary; five grandchildren and two sisters. No services will be held.
