Miss Belle Watters died Tuesday afternoon, May 7, at the home of her father, William Watters, in Poweshiek township; aged 16 years. The funeral was on Wednesday conducted by a Salvation Army officer from Des Moines, and the interment was at McKeever graveyard. Deceased was a victim of consumption.
